Amid the cool breeze of the year-end season, “The Bond of Love” becomes a special gathering for the Olympia community to come together and kindle the warmth of compassion. The festival is designed to spread the spirit of giving, encourage students to apply their knowledge to real-life situations, and create opportunities for families to accompany their children in meaningful experiences. From handmade products to charitable activities, from dazzling talent performances to a cozy dinner, every element contributes to a heartfelt and memorable celebration. 

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Time: 15:00 – 20:30, December 12, 2025 (Primary & Middle School students will have no classes on the morning of December 12, 2025). 

1.2. Venue: Sakura – Olympia campus (63 Lê Văn Long Street, Hải Châu District, Đà Nẵng) 

1.3. Participants & Dress Code:  

- Primary & Middle School students: Winter Gala attire in one of three main colors (red, white, green). 

- Parents, teachers, and staff: Polished, appropriate attire; wearing the three theme colors is encouraged. 

2. MAIN PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

The Winter Festival is designed as a diverse experiential journey in which students play the role of creative leaders. This is a special occasion for students to design and run their own booths, perform on stage, apply their academic learning in practical ways, spread the “Gift for Love” spirit through handmade products and charitable activities, and strengthen the bond between family and school in a warm and festive atmosphere. 

2.1. Festival Schedule 

15:00 – 16:00: Welcome & Opening Ceremony 

16:00 – 17:00: “Gift for Love” Bazaar 

17:00 – 18:30: Olympia’s Got Talent 2025 – Final Round 

18:45 – 20:00: “The Bond of Love” Gala Dinner 

2.2. “Gift for Love” Street 

The “Gift for Love” Street features more than 30 unique student-created booths, along with various experiential activities and games organized by teachers. At the booths, students will showcase handmade products, science models, decorative items, and workshops they designed and operated themselves. This is an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge in Art, Science, English, and Life Skills while practicing bilingual communication and presentation. 

2.3. Olympia’s Got Talent 2025 – Final Round 

The Final Round of Olympia’s Got Talent – “Bright Stars” presents 11 outstanding performances of the season, where young stars shine through music, dance, and performing arts. 

2.4. “The Bond of Love” Gala Dinner & Christmas Check-in 

The festival concludes with the “The Bond of Love” Gala Dinner—a warm and joyful buffet for families. At the same time, parents and students will join the school-wide choir performance, take commemorative photos in the sparkling Christmas space, and receive gifts. 

Note: Please register for the Gala Dinner using this registration form by December 6, 2025, so that the school can prepare everything carefully.
