On August 23, 2025, Sakura Kindergarten held its parent meeting to mark the start of the 2025–2026 school year, with participation from all parents.
At the joint session with the Board of Directors, parents were introduced to the school’s educational philosophy, the continuous learning path from preschool to high school within the Sakura – Olympia School System, as well as the direction for implementing the bilingual preschool program. This was also an opportunity for parents and the school to engage in open discussions, listen to feedback, and work together to build a high-quality learning environment suited to children’s development.
The meeting was organized into two sessions. In the first session, parents had the opportunity to meet the leadership team of the Sakura – Olympia School System.
Ms. Phan Thị Xuân Trâm, Principal of Sakura Kindergarten, delivered a welcome message and reviewed the achievements of the 2024–2025 school year.
Dr. Nguyễn Thanh Hưng, representative of the school’s leadership, shared about the philosophy, educational mission, and the learning pathway from preschool to high school at Sakura – Olympia.
In particular, through Dr. Nguyễn Thanh Hưng’s sharing, parents gained a clearer overview of the bilingual preschool program at Sakura Kindergarten.
This was also an opportunity for parents and the school to exchange openly, listen to each other’s opinions, and work together to create a safe and caring learning environment for children.
In the classroom session, homeroom teachers continued to share the school year plan, learning objectives, and school regulations so that parents can accompany and collaborate throughout the new academic year.
The meeting continued with the classroom sessions.
Homeroom teachers shared about the learning plans, experiential activities, and outdoor field trips for the school year.
It is hoped that with the understanding and companionship between the school and families, the 2025–2026 school year will continue to be a successful one for both teachers and students of Sakura Kindergarten.
