Health is one of the three core values ​​of the Sakura-Olympia School System, demonstrating the mission of accompanying students on the journey of comprehensive development both mentally and physically. A healthy body is the foundation for all success in study and life.

To ensure this, the school's nutrition team plays an important role, silently creating nutritious and safe meals. They take care of their physical health and bring joy to every student's mealtime.

To honor the dedication of the nutrition team as well as improve the quality of school nutrition, the Sakura-Olympia School System organized a School-level Good Nutrition Competition for the 2024-2025 school year. The competition is an opportunity for the kitchen staff to show off their cooking skills, learn from experience, and be creative in creating menus and rations suitable for preschool students.

Confirm the expertise through the Theory exam.

In the theoretical exam held in September 2024, the nutrition team participated in the "Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge Competition" by the Da Nang City Food Safety Management Board. As a result, 100% of the staff achieved a Good grade.

Shine in the Practical exam

On November 20, 2024, the practical exam took place with the excitement and determination of all teams. The requirements are:

- Plan a menu and calculate portions for each age group.

- Prepare three dishes including salty dishes, soup/stir-fried vegetables, and snacks.

- Present the dish beautifully and give a brief presentation within the allotted time.

In the exciting atmosphere of the competition, the teams demonstrated outstanding ingenuity and creativity. The dishes not only ensure adequate nutrition and are suitable for each age group but are also presented delicately and attractively.

Joy and pride were evident on the chefs' faces when they completed the competition. For them, this is not just a competition, but also an opportunity to reaffirm the great value of child care. Every meal the feeding team prepares is filled with responsibility, love, and dedication.
