On the morning of December 30, 2025, Sakura – Olympia School System (Vietnam Education Investment Joint Stock Company) was officially awarded the Certificate of Merit “An Outstanding Enterprise in Employee Welfare Care 2025” by the Da Nang City Federation of Labor. This meaningful milestone marks a positive conclusion to 2025 and reflects the recognition from local authorities of the school system’s long-term and consistent efforts in caring for the well-being of its staff, teachers, and employees.

More than a formal commendation, the award affirms Sakura – Olympia’s development orientation that places people at the center, emphasizing a stable, safe, and humane working environment as a solid foundation for sustainable educational quality.
The Certificate of Merit “An Outstanding Enterprise in Employee Welfare Care” is presented by the Da Nang City Federation of Labor to honor organizations that effectively implement labor laws, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and actively improve their material and spiritual well-being.
This recognition is based not on short-term results, but on a comprehensive evaluation of employee policies, trade union activities, democratic practices within the organization, and the overall stability and unity of the workforce. In the context of increasing demands and pressures within the education sector, this award holds particular significance for educational institutions such as Sakura – Olympia.

Throughout 2025, the Sakura – Olympia Trade Union implemented a wide range of employee welfare initiatives in a structured and sustainable manner. First and foremost, the school system ensured full compliance with legal regulations regarding employee rights and benefits, while effectively implementing welfare policies including holiday and New Year bonuses, birthday celebrations, support for personal and family matters, medical visits, maternity care, and other forms of employee assistance. These efforts have contributed to a sense of security and long-term commitment among staff members.
In parallel, Sakura – Olympia has placed strong emphasis on physical and mental well-being through annual health check-ups, professional development programs, workplace safety training, and regular fire prevention and rescue training. Collective activities such as annual staff trips at the end of the academic year, along with cultural, artistic, and sports events organized on occasions such as Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, New Year gatherings, and International Women’s Day, have been maintained to strengthen team spirit and support emotional well-being.
Notably, Sakura – Olympia consistently upholds democratic practices at the workplace. The Annual Employees’ Conference provides an open forum for dialogue, where staff voices are actively listened to and respected. The negotiation and implementation of a Collective Labor Agreement further demonstrate the school system’s commitment to transparency, cooperation, and mutual respect between management and employees.
In addition to this honor from the City Federation of Labor, Sakura – Olympia also achieved other notable accomplishments in 2025, including First Prize in the Competition for Building a Positive Learning Environment for Early Childhood Education and recognition as an Advanced Labor Collective by the People’s Committee of Hai Chau District. These achievements reflect the alignment between professional excellence, organizational culture, and employee well-being across the entire school system.
The Certificate of Merit, “An Outstanding Enterprise in Employee Welfare Care 2025,” is a well-deserved recognition of Sakura – Olympia’s persistent efforts over the past year. More importantly, it serves as a strong motivation for the school system to continue fostering a humane, stable, and supportive working environment—one where every staff member is respected, heard, and empowered to grow professionally.

With a strong foundation built on its people, Sakura – Olympia remains committed to accompanying its staff on a long-term educational journey, contributing positive values not only to employees but also to students and the wider community in the years ahead.
